Lee Royston is a highly qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and athletes achieve their peak physical potential.
With a strong background in professional football/soccer, weightlifting and strength training, Lee has dedicated his career to better understanding how we can best implement strength and conditioning concepts and methodology to optimise sporting outcomes for both individual and team sport athletes. His expertise extends from working with elite professional athletes to supporting clients through rehabilitation after injury and/or surgery

Kellie Checkley is a Strength & Conditioning Coach and menopause specialist, dedicated to helping women thrive through every stage of midlife. She combines evidence-based training with a supportive, empowering community to help women build strength, protect their bones, and reclaim their health.
With extensive experience in personal training and group fitness, Kellie brings both professional expertise and personal insight—having navigated breast cancer and medically induced menopause herself. Her lived experience fuels her commitment to guiding women through the challenges of midlife with confidence and resilience.
